If I have a pending subject in 3rd opportunity and it is not offered that semester, what can I do?

If you wish to take this course, you must request the 3rd attempt (non-offered) within the dates indicated in the academic calendar and pay the corresponding fee. 
You must attend the informational session at the faculty to set the exam date. It’s important to note that if you do not pass the 3rd attempt, you will be required to take and pass the 4th attempt within the same semester; otherwise, you will be suspended.
