What is a “Withdrawal with Rights”?

It means officially withdrawing from the semester without the exam opportunities being counted. This must be done during the period indicated in the academic calendar. You need to go to the school services department at the faculty, fill out a withdrawal request form, bring the original receipts for both the Rectorate fee and the internal fee, and return your university ID card.
